My stay was amazing! The ocean front deluxe room offered stunning views of Tumon Bay. The location was perfect for beach access and nearby shopping, making it a fantastic family vacation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met at all times.

We encountered serious issues with our room. It smelled moldy, and while the staff was quick to relocate us, the new room had a leaking sink and a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. Despite calling for maintenance, the issues persisted throughout our entire stay, which was extremely inconvenient.
